When I think about how I got here, I see women who have lifted me up with their expertise and generous sharing of knowledge, and I want to spotlight those incredible people that have stood beside me on this journey.
Today, I am spotlighting Danica Bergeron-Gelinas, Senior Agency Account Manager at Indeed. Danica and I are the power pair. She navigates the complexity inside the worlds largest job board, Indeed, working to support the clients we both serve. Danica has an intense sense of commitment and an extraordinary eye for the smallest detail. Our partnership has been nothing short of incredible. A quality professional who goes above and beyond for our shared customer base.
Danica completed her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, major in Marketing at Concordia University, in Montreal, QC. She started her career in advertising sales and marketing at Yellow Pages and ultimately accepted an offer to join the team at Indeed. Clearly employment branding and recruitment advertising are her passion!
Who was the greatest influence in your life?
The most influential people in my life have always been the people closest to me and they have always been supportive. My peers throughout college and university helped drive me to aim high, work hard and value your relationships.

My family and closest friends.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
To let go of the things you cannot control. Do what you are afraid to do.
